In cooperation with investors, government officials, citizen activists and you, Hosford raises buildings, raises communities, and raises the bar. In our world, building a resort, an RV park, a pre-school, Commercial and Residential land developments, and real estate consultations are never just about brick and mortar or dollars and cents. They are about the way you use what we build, the memories you make there, how you connect with the designs, your deep respect for the environment, and the unique character of your hometown.
Hosford’s focus is on your needs here in Washington and Idaho. While others may choose to travel far and wide chasing profit, we are inspired by the majesty of God’s creation and a deep reverence for the blue lakes, towering peaks, and green valleys here. Like you, we do not view ourselves as owners of the land as much as we are guardians of it. Keeping our projects within one day’s driving distance from our base of operations allows us to focus on affordability, value, and satisfied customers.

Because we operate as an extension of you and servants of our faith, Hosford will always do the right thing. Your properties will never close until permits and entitlements are established. Our team assists with and adheres to the implementation requirements of Washington’s Growth Management Act, acting as your subject matter expert for developments in counties that are required to fully plan or have voluntarily opted in to full planning. It is our priority and our pleasure to help customers meet the thirteen goals that are the basis of comprehensive planning.
Hosford is also able to assist cities and towns in counties that have opted out of full planning to preserve and protect designated natural resource lands. The decisions that you make for the future of your community are your legacy and ours. Hosford pairs experience with a conscience, working carefully within the boundaries that define critical wetlands, fishing, and preserve water quality for this generation and those that follow. Years from now we expect our children’s children to benefit from the good decisions we make today.

Our belief in Jesus Christ is expressed in the quality of our work and the way we interact with you here at home, but also by improving the human condition in other parts of the world. Hosford is proud to provide financial and in-kind support to our preferred faith-based charities, Walk in the Light International (WITLI) and World Vision, located in Federal Way, Washington.
World Vision’s Christian mission has assisted 3.5 million children in more than 100 countries to escape poverty. WITLI is transforming lives in Burkina Faso through sustainable developments that lift entire villages out of poverty with a combination of spiritual nourishment, education, agriculture, electricity, infrastructure, and clean water. These organizations extend the reach of Hosford to those for whom development is not merely progress, but life itself.
